How long have you worked in the pest control business? I have been in the pest control industry since 2001. Apart from running the Company, my strategic work is spent on Leadership and Strategic Planning.

What do I do to Create Loyal Customers? I believe there are six critical components to running a successful company, the most important is defining the correct Vision. A facet of NAPM’s Vision is our Core Values, or Who NAPM is?: Have a Helpful, Positive, Can-do Attitude, Take Pride in Your Work, Get Things Done/Reliable, Be Humbly Confident, and Exceeding Customer Expectation. Equally important is our Core Focus, or What NAPM is? This is stated in two parts: Passion and Niche. NAPM’s passion is “Great People Building a Great Company, and our niche is to provide “Pest Control Solutions that Create Loyal Customers.
